My Impatience" by DM Stith

I remember him performing this song live at The Beacon Theatre when he opened for Sufjan Stevens. Pamela and I were just blown away by his whole set. This is going to be part of his next album and it’s just beautiful especially the part towards the end. Ahh. Amazing talent.

Triggering Back" by Benoît Pioulard

Deep resonation signs our declension
Some hesitation bears ready mention
Turn off the station to multiply the tension darling
I found a way to set aside the fact that I adore your
Laundry lists & long promenades

Awesome song. You should listen to it.

Cecilia" (cover) by Local Natives Originally performed by Simon and Garfunkel

Cecilia, you’re breaking my heart,
You’re shaking my confidence daily.
Oh Cecilia, I’m down on m my knees,
I’m begging you please to come home.
Come on home

Tightrope" by Yeasayer

So you’re wishing that you never did
All the embarrassing things you’ve done
And you’re wishing you could set it right
And you’re wishing you could stay the night
But then I go again, wishing never solved a problem
If you wanna get it big time, go ahead and get it get it big time

I thought some of you may find this interesting. Kate Spade has released a series of “Book of the Month” clutches. These small fabric handbags are designed to look like books and will be released periodically. The company has launched this novel idea with three titles - The Great Gatsby, Great Expectations, and The Importance of Being Earnest. On the front of the clutch is the title (as pictured above). The back reads: “‘The Great Gatsby’ is an American masterpiece. A magical world filled with lawn parties and lavish affairs, champagne and caviar - it’s Camelot pre-Kennedy…a rare novel that successfully captures the indulgence of the Jazz Age as its most decadent.”  The bag is available for preorder now!

The girl in me just squeed so loud and told me that I have to have this.
