Apparently, this is all about the backlash after his candid Playboy interview wherein he used racist words and described Jessica Simpson as a “sexual napalm”. lol. Anyway, it’s really weird to see (or rather, hear, since you can barely see John Mayer in the video) him cry like this. I’ve always liked the guy despite his occasional douchebaggy remarks here and there. He’s a great musician and no type of scandal can take that away from him.
