MORE FOOD! Anyway, a couple of things: The William Fitzsimmons and Denison Witmer show last night was a killer. Aside from the awkwardness I mentioned earlier about covering quiet shows (my camera is really loud) and the sea of couples wrapped around each other, it was great. His beard was fantastic and he rocked that banjolele. Also, don’t see a show like that on your own. Please. Just don’t. I hate to put some negativity on this blog, but this is a pretty important matter (to me). If I don’t address it now, I might never shut up about it. [SHIT DELETED] #Maturity2k12

GPOYW I put my hair up in a bun today for the first time since… forever. I know I look weird, but I always embarrass myself here anyway. It’s also my “Hey, I’m 22 now!” photo. I plan to buy chocolate cake and boba tomorrow for lunch (two of my favorite things in the world). TWENTY TWO, DAMN IT. WHY?

Life updates: I’ve been so so busy with work lately that I barely have time to catch up with other things that are really more important (to me, anyways) like Tumblr, for one. I’ve also been working extra hard with my amazing friends to make Restless Cities’ first few days on the web as pleasant as possible. I’m so proud of this project and we’re bringing in lots of exciting content in the coming weeks. You can follow us on Twitter or like us on Facebook for real time updates! (By the way, we’re one week old now!) Um, a silly photo like this must have some sort of backstory with it in order for it to make sense: That’s turon. It’s my favorite Filipino dessert. I was really happy my mom made some that I had 3, I think. Some days, I feel like such a hard worker. But most days, I feel like I’m not doing enough. You get this, don’t you?
